Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns only for defective products. If your chair isn’t suitable, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to help resolve the issue for you. However, please note that since all our office chairs are made to order and customised, we cannot offer returns or refunds for any other reason once the order is placed and production has started.
Delivery and Damages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your chair to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure that you receive a replacement or resolution.
